Welcome to SEDEM. By using our website, placing an order, or confirming a purchase, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. About SEDEM
SEDEM provides women’s fashion pieces, dresses, and made-to-order clothing. Many of our items are customized or produced according to the customer’s selected design, size, and requirements.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All SEDEM pieces are made to order. Because each piece is prepared based on the customer’s request, order details, measurements, and design preferences, customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate before confirming the order.
Minor differences in color, fabric appearance, embroidery, finishing, or fit may occur due to screen display settings, fabric availability, handmade work, or production requirements.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and the order details have been approved.
By confirming your order, you agree to the product details, timeline, payment terms, delivery terms, and SEDEM policies.
4. Local Orders
For local orders:
- A 50% deposit is required when confirming the order.
- The deposit is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the order is delivered or handed over.
- The order will be sent after full payment has been received.
- Free modifications may be offered if necessary, according to SEDEM’s modification policy.
5. International Orders
For international orders:
- Full payment, including delivery charges, is required upon order confirmation.
- Modifications are not available for international orders unless SEDEM agrees otherwise in writing.
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or charges required by the destination country.
6. Modifications
SEDEM offers modifications according to the following policy:
- The first modification to a piece is free of charge, but the customer must pay the full delivery cost.
- A second modification may be subject to additional modification fees, and the customer must pay the full delivery cost.
- Any modification may take between one to four weeks, depending on the item and required adjustment.
- Urgent or rushed modification requests may require an additional fee.
- Modifications must be requested within a reasonable time after receiving the item.
7. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the order type, production schedule, customer response time, payment completion, and courier availability.
SEDEM is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, customer unavailability, courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
8. Orders Not Received or Collected
If a completed order is not received, collected, or accepted by the customer within 30 business days after notification, SEDEM may cancel the order or take appropriate action regarding the item.
Payments already made may not be refundable where the item has already been customized, produced, or reserved for the customer.
9. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in [AED / selected currency], unless stated otherwise.
SEDEM may update prices, product details, or availability at any time. Confirmed orders will follow the price agreed at the time of confirmation.
10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because SEDEM pieces are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate:
- Name and contact details
- Delivery address
- Measurements
- Size selection
- Design preferences
- Payment information
- Any special requests before order confirmation
SEDEM is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, product photos, designs, text, branding, and visuals belong to SEDEM or its licensors. They may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEDEM is not liable for indirect losses, delays, loss of opportunity, or issues caused by third-party services, delivery providers, incorrect customer information, or events outside our control.
14. Changes to These Terms
SEDEM may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.
