At SEDEM, all pieces are made to order according to the customer’s selected design, size, measurements, and requirements. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your order.

1. Made-to-Order Items

Because our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or cancellation after production has started.

2. Deposits

For local orders, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order.

Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has started, as materials, time, and production capacity are allocated for the customer’s piece.

3. Eligible Refund or Correction Cases

A refund, repair, replacement, or correction may be considered if:

  • The item received is defective
  • The item is damaged before delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is materially different from the confirmed order details
  • A refund or remedy is required by applicable law

SEDEM may first offer a repair, modification, replacement, or correction depending on the issue.

4. Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.

To review the case, SEDEM may request:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Packaging photos
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Description of the problem

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Customer delay in responding or confirming details
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting
  • Customized or personalized items after production has started
  • Delivery fees after dispatch, unless the issue was caused by SEDEM
  • Rush fees after urgent production has started
  • International order customs fees, duties, or taxes

6. Modifications

SEDEM’s modification policy applies as follows:

  • First modification is free of charge, but the customer pays delivery costs.
  • Second modification may require additional fees, and the customer pays delivery costs.
  • Modifications may take between one to four weeks.
  • Rushed modifications may require an additional fee.

7. International Orders

International orders are paid in full upon confirmation, including delivery charges.

Due to shipping distance, customs, and logistical limitations, modifications and returns for international orders are generally not available unless the item is defective, wrong, damaged, or legally required to be remedied.

8. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
